Grape variety: Raboso and Moscato d'Amburgo.
Color: bright, rosé with orange hues.
Aroma: fruit, hints of strawberry, Santa Rosa plum, and raspberry. Floral notes of violet, slightly spiced with sage and pink pepper.
Taste: it is a wine with a good harmony between the perception of sweetness and acidity, combined with a slight saltiness.
Pairings: ideal with all dishes based on shellfish (raw, lobster pasta, shrimp cocktail, grilled scampi and/or shrimp).
It also goes very well with all our desserts.

Grape variety: Saomi, name of a proprietary vineyard.
Color: bright, straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Fruity with notes of renetta apple, vanilla, and acacia.
Taste: it is a well-balanced wine, very fresh, where the fruit aromas are enhanced by good liveliness. Persistent with an elegant aftertaste.
Pairings: Ideal with all our raw seafood, fried and gratin appetizers, as well as continuing with all our fresh pasta dishes based on fish.

THE GOLDEN WINE, PLEASANTLY INTENSE AND REGENERATING LIKE THE SUMMER SUN

Grape variety: 100%.
Color: Bright straw yellow.
Aroma: Wildflowers and light notes of mango.
Taste: A nice full sip that leaves enveloping fresh and savory sensations. Yellow peach, notes of Daisy and citrus, which linger long on the palate.
Pairings: Excellent also as an aperitif, ideal with all our fish-based dishes, from hot and cold appetizers, through the first courses, to the second courses.

Grape variety: Sangiovese 100%.
Color: Deep ruby red.
Aroma: Fruity with notes of coffee, vanilla, cocoa, plum, currant, and cherry.
Taste: Dry with excellent structure and tannins, elegant, complex, and velvety.
Pairings: Pairs perfectly with all our meat-based dishes, from cold cuts appetizers to fresh pasta with meat sauces, up to mixed grills.
